We stayed here with our five teenagers and two kids, and found it to be a great spot! The kids loved the play area and snacks on the ground floor-a perfect setup after our adventures in the city. Well kept and comfortable.

My wife says that a larger bathroom would have helped us out a lot.

unbearable noise

scalding shower

The noise in my ground floor room was unbearable. The shower took forever to heat up, and when it finally did, it was scalding hot, not acceptable! I almost thought about giving a good review, but this place is no place for someone of my stature!

All in all, it was comfortable place for travelling to Berlin. Very friendly and active staff recommended us bakeries and cafes. There were neat & airy rooms with good breakfast provided, couch plus bathrooms

Spacious Superior Family Room was really clean and comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast bar with cereals and fruits available all day. The heating worked great, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. Internet facilities were reliable too. Great spot for families!
